What Revelers Can Expect at This Great Gatsby Cocktail Experience
Guests will travel back in time to an era of elegance, swinging jazz, flapper dresses, timeless suits and endless champagne at this Great Gatsby-inspired fête. Indulge in a 75-minute show adapted from the classic novel, and rub shoulders with Raleigh’s finest. Revelers get to indulge in three specialty cocktails curated to the show, dance alongside iconic characters like Daisy Buchanan, hear firsthand tales from narrator Nick Carraway, and have the chance to meet the mysterious Jay Gatsby himself.
The production was brought to life by Lauren Kennedy Brady, executive director of Theatre Raleigh, and Eric Woodall, a Broadway casting director and former executive artistic director of North Carolina Theatre. Woodall serves as the writer and director of the highly anticipated production, with choreography by Krista Saab Bennett.
